Inn Policies

A valid credit card is required upon making the reservation. The credit card is not charged at that time; however, we may seek a authorization up to 14 days in advance of arrival. Settlement may be made with the original credit card, another credit card, personal check, or cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Check-in time is after 3pm and checkout time is 11am. Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: There is a $ 20.00 non-refundable cancellation/handling fee per room for all cancelled reservations. Reservations may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to stated arrival incurring only the cancellation/handling fee ( 3 or more rooms require 30 days notice). Within the cancellation period, i.e., 30 days or two weeks, the full rate of the booking will be charged unless we are able to rebook the accommodations.
